The Craft

Distilled four times.

Every batch starts as Florida grain and ends as something you’d pour for company. Four passes through the still, each one narrower than the last. Four distillations: that’s the recipe. What’s left is a spirit clean enough to drink neat and smooth enough to mix.

  1. I · The Grain

    A proprietary blend of Florida grains, from the part of the state that grows quietly, milled and mashed the same week.

  2. II · The First Passes

    The first passes take the heat and the noise. What’s left is closer to water than to whiskey, which is the idea.

  3. III · The Narrowing

    Each run is cut tighter than the last. The still keeps less and less, on purpose. Patience is the only additive.

  4. IV · The Last Pass

    The last pass is the one you taste: clean, round, faintly sweet from the grain. Four-times distilled isn’t a boast; it’s a recipe.
