Fictional-character statement
Voodoo Vodka and its characters are an original creative work. Maxima, Keeper of the Last Toast; Baron Samedi; and La Catrina are fictional brand characters, and The Poppet is a handmade keepsake object; none are depictions of real people, historical persons, or a living tradition, and none are the makers of this product. The lore, told in full on our Lore page, is a transparently invented brand legend, told for atmosphere and never as historical fact. The name “voodoo” is used only as an affectionate nickname within that fiction. It is not a claim on, or a representation of, any religion or living cultural tradition. Privacy Policy
We collect only the personal information you choose to give us: your email when you join the Keeper’s List, and the details you submit through a contact form. We use it to respond to you and, with your opt-in, to send brand updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Shipping & Returns
Where direct shipping is offered, age is verified at checkout, alcohol ships only to states with cleared distribution, and delivery requires an adult signature (21+). Some states are browse-only; where we cannot ship, we offer a “Coming soon” list rather than false availability. Because alcohol is age-restricted, sales are generally final; contact us about any damaged or incorrect order.
