Ingredients

• 2 oz Voodoo Vodka
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white (or aquafaba)
• Garnish: three drops aromatic bitters

Method

1. Dry-shake without ice to build the foam.
2. Add ice, shake again, and strain into a coupe.
3. Three drops of bitters on the foam.
