Ingredients

• 2 oz Voodoo Vodka
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup (2:1)
• 3 oz sparkling water
• Garnish: lemon wheel and a marigold petal

Method

1. Build the vodka, lemon, and honey syrup over ice in a highball.
2. Top with sparkling water.
3. Stir once, gently, to combine.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a marigold petal.
