Ingredients

• 2 oz Voodoo Vodka
• 0.5 oz cane syrup (rich demerara, 2:1)
• 3 dashes aromatic bitters
• Garnish: orange peel, expressed

Method

1. Add the vodka, cane syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and silky, about 30 seconds.
3. Strain over one large cube in a rocks glass.
4. Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
